2003年，西安交通大学计算机系毕业，全额奖学金赴新加坡南洋理工大学攻读博士。
2005年3月，参与创立超越极限行销顾问有限公司新加坡分公司。
2006年1月 放弃博士学位，投身地产行业，师从新加坡地产界女强人，博纳产业集团董事卢美玉女士，成为博纳集团地产（新加坡最大的地产公司）经纪，从业务助理升为高级经理。
2006年11月，成立狮城9区私人地产有限公司(Singapore 9 Pte Ltd /
www.singapore9.com), 专注于新加坡商业中心区乌节路(Orchard Road)，金融中心滨海湾(Marina
Bay)，旅游中心圣淘沙(Sentosa)的豪华商业住宅，服务大批地产投资家。
2007年10月，提升为博纳产业集团业务董事(Associate
Director)，是博纳产业集团最年轻,而且唯一一外国董事.专注于高档豪华商业主宅的投资和销售。
常常有人问他，你是南大电脑硕士，为什么不找份高薪工作，却进入毫不相关的地产业？其实恰恰是他在南大两年多的科研中，学会了严谨而且有效的数据分析，让他在分析房地产的时候，多了一些理性；而在业余，他投资学习销售，一年拜访了近500客户，积累广泛的本地人脉和经验。
