you are young, you are not degree holder and
you don’t have powerful network. How can you
be able to survive in real estate industry?
I always tell them that I have one thing that
is unique: one thing that a lot of people can
not make it and one thing that a lot of people
don’t pay too much attention on it. The answer
is “Service”.
I am selling service. The whole basis of my
work is to help my clients get more business.
The advantage of me was covered up in my efforts
to please them. I always apply this same principle
to my clients.
